We require appointments for all visits. All visitors must wear a mask and will be screened at the door. Additional visitors are only allowed if the patient is a minor or requires assistance. If you need to pickup a medication, call from the parking lot and we will run it out to you!
At this time there is no cost for COVID-19 testing under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). Our clinic offers low-cost appointments, whereas other local clinics charge a standard office visit fee, which can be as high as $300-$500. We offer both an antibody test, which shows if you have had the virus, and a nasal swab PCR test, which shows if you are currently infected. The antibody test requires a $20 nurse visit for non-members and the nasal swab PCR test requires a $150 urgent care visit for non-members.
Sartell Family Medicine is a local leader in telemedicine, having offered this service before the COVID-19 pandemic. Our virtual visits can be completed on a cellular phone or computer from the comfort of your home, workplace, or daycare. We are able to fax prescriptions to a local pharmacy of your choosing.
Sartell Family Medicine stays up to date with the CDC’s latest recommendations. We work with local businesses to keep employers educated and employees safe. We help monitor employees for COVID-19 infection and help make a determination whether or not they are able to safely return to work.
Respirator Fit Testing
OSHA requires that all individuals who use an N95 respirator while at work are fitted on an annual basis. This process ensures the employee is using the correct size respiratory and can use it appropriately. Our certified clinic nurse makes testing easy, by setting up appointments at the employer’s workplace.
State/Federal guidelines will not allow us to see patients who are receiving Medicare or Medicaid benefits.
