Providing health insurance for employees is getting more and more expensive and most employers are opting to provide a “high-deductible” health plan. While this works great for hospitalizations and surgeries, it does very little to cover the cost of primary care.
With Sartell Family Medicine, employers have the opportunity to pair a high-deductible insurance plan with a primary care membership in our clinic. This allows employees to be seen for a low cost, while working to prevent avoidable hospitalizations and surgeries.
Employers will typically chose to cover 100% of a patient’s membership and incidental charges or split it 50/50 with the patient.
