What can I expect?

  • A member of the clinic will call you on the phone shortly before your appointment for registration and to gather payment information.
  • The provider will send a link to your e-mail, inviting you to a private, secure video-conference session.
  • You and the provider will meet using your telephone or computer with an Internet connection and a camera.
  • When appropriate, the provider will send medications to your chosen pharmacy.
